The Wind Release: Tornado Manipulator Technique allows the user to create and manipulate a tornado made from their chakra within a certain range. 

Advantages

The tornado created is highly destructive in nature and can be used to devastate an opposing force. The tornado can also be combined with water release to create a waterspout, which allows it to cause further damage. The tornado can also be ignited to form a fire whirl, allowing it to cause even more destruction. 

Disadvantages

The major downside to this technique is that allies can also get caught in it, do to the tornado's destructive nature. Also the larger and further away the tornado is away from the caster, the more chakra it costs to maintan it. The tornado can also be dissipated if too much water is mixed with it.
