The user claps their hands together, molding Water Release chakra between them and gathering small amounts of water from a nearby water source or, if they are skilled enough, water created within their body by use of chakra; the latter case is typically much grosser to look at, as it involves the user doing what amounts to spitting into their hands. When the user pulls their hands apart again, up to twenty shuriken, fifteen kunai, or forty senbon made from Water Release chakra will bombard their target(s). Only one type of tool can be made at a time; the user cannot, for example, throw both shuriken and kunai simultaneously.
