What happened to Popular pages?

Well, as the title says.... what happened to popular pages on the Navigation bar? It just disappeared. And if you hover over Community "Blog Posts" has become "blogs-recent-url-text" this happened to the Harry Potter OC wikia as well. Does anyone know what happened? (Shall I assume it had something to do with the central wikia administrators? Or that my laptop broke. Both can be equally valid in my case XD)
