Below is a general estimate of the Naruto timeline after the 4th war. Key events are listed for a given year, along with a rough estimate of the month it takes place in.
While reading through this, you will find one major issue with the results. Boruto's birth does not line up with the surrounding information. This is due to how it was calculated. In the notes below the table, I describe the error and explain why it exists.

OC Creation Chapter 6: Stats and Other Numbers
Now that you have your character mostly finished, there are still a few minor details left to figure out. Your character will have stats, as well as other numbers like Ninja Registration.

Your character’s stats will be a number from 0.5 to 5 for a total of 40. The standard stats covered are as follows.
- Ninjutsu – Ninja arts. Most chakra-based techniques fall under this stat.
- Taijutsu – Physical attacks. Hand-to-hand and weapon skills fall under this stat.
- Genjutsu – Illusion techniques.
- Intelligence – Mental capacity. This includes tactics and strategy in combat.
- Strength – Raw power. This often effects Taijutsu and weapon skills.
- Agility – Physical speed (running) or fast reflexes (dodging…
OC Creation Chapter 5: Jutsu
When making abilities for your OC, less is more. A character with a dojutsu, 4+ nature releases (one being an advanced nature), chakra strength/speed, Rasengan, a summon, and Sage Mode might sound cool, but in the end, it can feel generic. They may be powerful, but they aren’t very unique if they can cover the roles of most of the canon cast combined.

OC Creation Chapter 4: Japanese Spelling
Japanese can be a complex language, and has various sets of characters. There are four common scripts in Japanese. They are Kanji, Rōmaji, Katakana, and Hiragana. This chapter will be reviewing these four types as they are used in the Naruto series.
