Steel Release: Steel Dragon Technique

The user creates a gigantic steel dragon, which they can use for offensive purposes. The dragon has razor sharp claws which it can use to cut the enemy, sharp teeth that have the ability to penetrate solid rock and inpenetrable skin. In order to counter this jutsu, the dragon has to either be sealed or restrained by the user.
