The Shukiro Massacre was an incident that became so by Naruto Uzumaki, current Hokage, because Ryuun Shukiro's parents, Masaaki Shukiro and Akina Shukiro, didn't want Ryuun to have the life they had. So they made a plan to get Ryuun into Konohagakure. They came to Naruto Uzumaki and gave him all their info on the clan in exchange that Ryuun will live in Konoha. Afraid of what Taiyo Shukiro and Tsuki Shukiro were planning on doing to the clan in order to gain power, they pleaded to Naruto to organize an ambush to annihilate the clan before they started their plan for power.
Naruto organized an ambush with every hidden village. Before starting the ambush, Naruto walked up to Taiyo and Tsuki to try to convince them what they were planning was wrong. However they didn't listen and attacked Naruto. Naruto was gravely disappointed as he gave the symbol for the ambush, which ended the Shukiro Clan. Though the clan was destroyed, it didn't come without consequence, as many ninja died.
