Rei Terumī (てるみレイ、Terumii Rei) also known as Rei Uchiha (うちはレイ, Uchiha Rei) is a kunoichi from Kirigakure.
Background[]
Rei is the only daughter of Kasumi Terumī and Itachi Uchiha. She was born in Sora-ku and lived hidden there for a while. Her mother passed away a few months after she was born and a year later his dad died while fighting Sasuke.
In order to protect Rei from her father's enemies and anyone who might want her eyes Nekobaa gave Rei her mother´s surname. Tamaki and her took care of Rei while Komiya and Minami would occasionally spend time with her due to they business trips.
When Rei was four years old, Nekobaa told Mei the true about Kasumi's intentions and revealed the existence of Rei. Mei once thought that she had lost her sister completely, so she was thrilled to be proven wrong. She felt an immense love for his niece and became her caregiver without hesitation.
Once in Kirigakure, Sanae trained Rei just like she trained Kasumi and Mei before her, and soon enough she enter to the academy.
Personality[]
Rei displayed a perpetual sense of calm, even in tense situations. However, dire situations can cause even her to become uneasy and rash.
While she is a well-spoken, intelligent, and pragmatic kunoichi who doesn’t believe that physical skills are everything that holds value in a shinobi, she doesn't want to disappoint her aunt and trains hard to become a useful shinobi for the village. She feels she has to work extra hard since her body do not always cooperate with her.
In addition, she has also displayed an open mind about her teammates points of view, even when those are completely opposite to hers.
Despite being mentally strong, Tsugetsu has the ability to break her calm demeanor. Moreover, he seems to enjoy seeing her losing her mind. She's in the process of learning how to ignore his taunts and attitude.
Appearance[]
Rei has an athletic type body, and is already taller than her mother ever was. She has pale skin with some moles on her back and legs.
She's physically very similar to his dad: both have straight black hair and looks mysterious. The shape of her face and eyes is also very much alike to his. Like him, Rei is also considered her beautiful by some people.
Regularly, Rei has blue eyes unless she has her Sharingan active which turns them to red. She has currently two tomoes.
Abilities[]
Unlike her parents, she had a hard time learning how to control her chakra. This was especially difficult after her Sharingan awakened because it took large amounts of chakra to keep it up and she usually was unable to disactivate it till it drained all her chakra leading her to passed out. Due to this she has developed large chakra reserves.
Since she doesn't like mirror fights she rarely use her Sharingan to imitate the enemy jutsu, she prefers to use it as a sensorial weapon or to anticipate to her enemy's movements.
When she awakened her Sharingan it had only one tomoe. It wasn't until she managed to control her chakra that she was able to develop a second one.
Rei natural release is fire which she is able to combine with earth. Because of the Terumī clan rules she can not take the jōnin exam until she masters Lava Release, so she's currently training with Sanae.

- Rei was always kept hidden while Sasuke visited to buy weapons and supplies. She doesn't remember this since she was distracted by the games the cats used to play with her.
- Rei and Ishiro are always challenging each other to solve riddles.
