The Juniyushigan (十二有刺眼 12 Barbed Eye) is a randomly appearing dojutsu, allowing the user to focus on an object and emit a blast of chakra from the eye. This blast, though only the size of one's iris, is powerful enough to penetrate 3inches of steel, giving it the name "snipers eye".
Background[]
The Juniyushigan has appeared many times in the past and its origin is unknown. However what is commonly assumed is that this dojutsu is readily available at birth, only manifests in one eye, and can be used at will. its name is derived from the twelve spikes that encircle the pupil.
Abilities[]
The Juniyushigan has two main capabilities. First, it is capable of emitting a chakra "bullet" at extreme velocity. this bullet has the power to penetrate 3 inches of steel, and can permanently damage the chakra circ system. The second ability is a form of telescopic sight, giving the user better aim and precision. The drawbacks include having limited shots, based on chakra and person, and a reload time ranging anywhere from 5 minutes to 12 hours.
