Hidenka had an unusal childhood. She is the princess of a small division in the frost country. She was often in many adult type celebrations, which she talks about often. She has been taught to be proper and a good ninja. She was trained privatly. She was never in touch with any of the other child. She was usual kept in the palace.
She is first seen watching the carpenters in Konoha. Sakura comes up and asks if Hidenka works with them. Hidenka gasps and says "Don't you know who I am?! I'm the princess of the frost!"
