Is this Dojutsu Too Powerful?

Dojutsu 1: Empathy's Dojutsu (also known as Empathy's Revenge.) Description: It has no identity what so ever and since nothing about the user changes, it's impossible to know if it's activated. Some people consider it the most powerful genjutsu in the world.

Abilities: Allows the Natsumi to cast an unbreakable genjutsu that makes the opponent feel everything she feels, but instead the target takes all the damage and consequences. When it's activated, Natsumi can make whatever happens to her, happen to anyone or anything around her. The effects can take place when ever Natsumi wants it to, even after deactivated. She othen makes her opponents kill one another. When I say anything, i mean anything that happens to her in the genjutsu, happens to the attacker or bystanders, if she wants it to, including: all forms of damage, traps, spells, all types of genjutsu, ninjutsu, taijutsu, seals, exc. You feel what she feels and pray you don't get killed!

When she fought Leo, Suzuki, and Chad, Chad hit her with Lightning Core and Natsumi crashed into the ground. Leo stabbed her in the chest to make sure she was dead as Suzuki watched. When Leo turn around, he saw Suzuki sleep, and Natsumi standing there and when he turned to look at the ground, Chad was lying on the ground, dead ,with the same wounds he inflicted on Natsumi.
