This technique was created by the hunter-nin of Kirigakure and according to Sanger, only they are capable of canceling the technique. When somebody who isn't the user tries to pick up the protected object, this technique activates, preventing the object from being moved, with the talismans moving and forming a sealing formula on the object.

Sanger attached these talismans to the Rashinban Tanken to prevent anybody other than himself from using them.
