Arashi Sarutobi (猿飛嵐 , Sarutobi Arashi) was a jōnin of Konohagakure's Sarutobi clan and the father of Sawaii Hitomi.
Background[]
Arashi with his childhood friends, Minato and Fugaku.
Arashi was the first child born to Biwako and Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage. During his time at the Academy, he became friends with Minato Namikaze and Fugaku Uchiha. He also met Sayu Hitomi, with whom he fell in love.
At some point, Arashi married Sayu and they had a daughter, Sawaii.
Arashi on the night of his death.
He died during the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack, which also killed his wife and left his daughter orphaned at the age of two-months.
Personality[]
Arashi was a funny man who liked to play jokes on others (a trait Sawaii inherited most of her personality) and made lame old man's jokes just to release the tension during a mission. He was also serious in critical situations, and it was said of him that he was wise and reliable.
Appearance[]
Arashi was a tall man. He had a strong resemblance to his father when this one was young. He had short spiky brown hair and light brown eyes with slightly tanned skin. His clothing consisted of the standard Konoha ninja uniform with short sleeves, flak jacket, regular shinobi sandals and forehead protector. He also wore a red headband wrapped around his left arm.
Abilities[]
It is known that Arashi was able to use Fire Release.
